Shinsei

SHINSEI
Originating in Japan in 1930, the Shinsei is a cross of a Golden Delicious and an Early McIntosh. The Shinsei is a medium sized, round, greenish-yellow fruit with a firm, white flesh that is very sweet, scented, crisp and juicy. Look for this apple in August from California.
